Probably this was a maintenance release to make Sailfish more stable and was probably done before the Jolla crash. Now that they are back in business they managed to wrap them up and push the update....

There's ARM ports of Sailfish 2.0 - there's no separate 'tablet' version; it's all configuration, same code line.
Go nuts trying to put it on tablets. I think others have already.
