[WIP] Cargo Dock, a two-paned Sailfish filemanager with Dropbox and WebDAV

I have a Jolla and I can confirm:

* Working great on AT&T for 2G.
* None of the UTMS bands the phone supports are available, so 3G/LTE is no-go.
* The input language is listed as English (UK)...

Once again: the applications remain open, they just don't appear on that screen. There is no workaround that I know of, but then again you don't want to be scrolling down forever, right?

The search application for N9 was based on smartsearch. A crap closed source technology that waits for tracker to discover new things and then it starts to index them by itself too effectively...

The reception and call quality is up there with the best of any phone i have had. The volume is reassuringly loud too, my N9 required careful positioning against the ear and even then it was...

Open "file://" in the browser.
Then you can at least browse the filesystem and open files.

Tracker is used by sailfish _only_ to store metadata AFAICT which can be easily regenerated. Text messages, contacts, ... etc are stored elsewhere.

It also crawls only a few directories + sd card...

wmv/wma is unfortunately not supported.

The other file is pcm audio which should play (I hope). MS-CRAM video I have to check.
