Re: Nokia N810 Wimax End of life status!
WiMAX serves different purposes, and is rolled out in hunderds of regions. One cannot claim WiMAX is a failure because supposedly N810WME or supposedly XOHM/Sprint/Clearwire is a failure.

Maemo Mapper works for some things, but my problem is that its mapping portion is essentially a glorified image viewer. The maps are all tiles of raster images, so cannot be routed (the online...

Re: Announced today Video Chat in G Talk
I initiated a audio call that seemed to work, but google is using H264 video on the PC web client which is not compatible with the tablet, it would be nice to have this work.

Hey,
Sorry to jump into this a little late and be off (on) topic but In the last past week and a half, XOHM's signal has expanded in the DC Area. I actually can't wait till the official announce...

XOHM in Washington, DC
It might be because XOHM isn't yet official, but I've been seeing 2.2Mbps to 3.019Mbps as my connection speeds with XOHM around Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
