First off, you are I assume using the gui to minidlna, called DLNA Server.
Anyhow, lets look at minidlna. Go to terminal and try
/usr/sbin/minidlna
and see if it spits out any error.

yes because PhoneMe also written for Meego, just use the given link but when downloading choose the appropriate files for Meego instead (for text editor thanks to thedead1440 info)

But that's the standard libc6 (glibc) which was already installed in your N900. Looking at wine-dev it requires libc6-dev, which is an entirely different beast.

NOLO is the bootloader. Without it you can forget about using your N900 for anything.
Plus, there's no delay of any sort. Things just take some time. My guess is that NOLO needs about 50ms to give...
