fix: swiping ASUI to unmap would sometimes not unmap and also not snap the window back to fullscreen
added 8 command buttons...

Opera has some inconsistent behaviour regarding the possibility to use the startpage button.
When I add a new tab using the button next to the Opera logo, I can always use the startpage button...

There is a kernel tunable in the DT kernel for that.
Look for TS_PENUP_TIME in /etc/kernel_dt_tunables, uncomment it, increase it and apply the changes by running "/etc/init.d/kernel-tunables...

Wow, I just discovered that Xft library is able to render rotated text!
Will try to use this to speed up fake-rotation. If it is possible to draw rotated text, then we might not use pixmap rotation...
