Likely the flash plugin has been disabled... Open a new browser window and click top menu, Tools, and Components... there recheck the Shockwave Flash if it was not checked.

I found an alternative solution to the formatting of the internal mmc2 memory card. In a Linux:
1.) Connect the N810 to the computer in Linux.
2.) Install Gparted if it is not already...
