We had a problem in building 2.0.0 and also made a mistake intially putting it to extras. Qt 4.5 is not yet ready for extras, so...

The Diablo is about to hit the streets soon (2Q08... and no, it doesn't have to be the last day of 2Q...:rolleyes:) and we'll get the A-GPS support that supposed to improve the performance greatly....

Bundyo: It looks like "map" (Wayfinder) has also been updated. It is showing version 2.2.8.421-1 available, and I have 2.2.6.377-1 installed.

I see you are using an N800, so maybe you don't have...

I doubt the commercial repos will be updated until right before the release. There are still old versions in there.

-You cannot operate the touch screen with it closed (plexi sits above the screen

Please take in consideration that Navit is in alpha stage and the N8x0 port is more alpha than the PC version. Actually there's a memory/cpu limitation...

A very alpha port of Navit (GPS software) is ready for the Internet tablet, it works with vector maps, including Garmin maps (routing is not working yet for garmin maps).
