Vodafone Internet GPRS is fine for me, getting great download speeds in 3.5g areas :)
utter rubbish in 2g, but that is to be expected :)

Don't use web chat. Contact them by phone, I phoned at 10.30 am on thurs 10th Dec and after 2 tries got a guy who gave me returns auth over the phone straight away with no issues after i explained...
