Reinstalling release candidate 2 will not fix the problem. The following should fix the problem:
Make sure evopedia is not running by first starting evopedia and then "clicking" on the exit button...

Webtexter won't intefere with using skype as they are totally seperate and 12voip should be compatable with Webtexter as it is part of the betamax group of providers.
