I would try to flash it again.

Then you will know its a hardware issue. Could be a million things though.

If you are sure you haven't done anything to damage the screen i would definitely get in touch with your retailer and ask for an exchange/repair.

I don't know about either but I suggest to ask your dealer or Nokia Care Point, what you could do.

I have applied an adhesive protection cover to the touchscreen from Invisible Shield...
