Personally, I would never ever trust what a company said or didn't say about any feature that was important to me in doing my job. Especially if it was a complex feature. I wouldn't believe it worked...

Gotta disagree here. Linux is as bulletproof as it gets. A phone based on it, they'd kill for a phone that was that capable and should be able to fit into an organization as well as the N900...
