I've just added this feature into the latest version (0.12.10-21) - you need to map keyboard shortcuts for the save/load functions, but it allows saving/loading sets of colours.

Here are the instructions to get iPlayer working on the N900 again...

Step 1: Install the application ‘Hide User Agent’ from the N900...
