Edit the transitions.ini file (Ctrl+Shift+X to get X terminal and do it from there if you can't get to the launcher) and remove it again. That's a command you're meant to run, not something to put in...

I think I realize the reason why you can't swap calls, I've not implemented support for "Hold". If I did that, then it would matter a little less what the precisely the time allotted for disconnect...
