in the wiki, type in "free up rootfs space" it would probably direct you for some codes.

i believe i perform all codes except for those that have bugs (like moving themes, apt-cache etc...

i installed glogarchive and archive my conversations every end of the month, then delete all my sms on conversations, will this be a help on freeing up root?

Hi singh.bhupinder. As far as i am aware the sms's etc are stored in a db on the rootfs. The rootfs is a separate 256mb chip (http://wiki.maemo.org/Rootfs). (Not included in your 32gb storage)
