@ davbost, it's definately not a software issue.. can't be solved unless you change the LCD screen.. but it would be pointless as they will come back.. I think it's caused by some components heating...

As 9000 wrote - your proximity sensor seems to not be functioning. It is located top right corner of the device - near the front facing camera. It is sensor that tells the device that it is...
