No advertisements in the U.S. that I've seen. I recall the T-Mobile rep very intrigued about the N900.

Mobilezone advertised it in December 2009 in their catalogue, when they expected it to be available any day. It is again in the catalogue now. So far, this is the only company I've seen advertising it in Switzerland.

Available in some electronic warehouses, and a bunch of web shops.

I've got my from Nokia's flagship store in January, they said that only a couple of large net shops has official devices. And a lot of internet shops sells unofficial phones.
I haven't seen any ad, but most famous technical portal has official section and forum dedicated to Maemo and N900. Not very successful though.

Available from Vodafone in Ireland but on line only. O2 have it priced online but not available yet. Easy to get from the web sellers/

That's true. I forgot about that one. But that's the only advertisement they did: I haven't seen any billboard or similar from Mobilezone with the N900, at least not in my region.

In Italy no carrier sell it. No advertisement. No sale at electronic mass retailers in big cities like Rome or Milan also. We can find it sometimes at Nokia point.
