I must be really dense. I don't see it in the repository packages list if i search for "racer", nor can it be found with a similar search in garage. Where is it?

Kinda silly for whomever to hack it and then leave it in ignominy like that.

Edit: Found it. Apparently it was renamed "Tuxrace", hence the failure to find it by searching for "racer".

The author is mikkov; I think I already isolated the cause of the menu font rendering bug, so expect next version not to have it (see? open source collaboration at work!).

classic mode works great!!


GREAT WORK BTW


in future id like to see:

-control config
-sound/music config
-menu/pause button in top right
-keep screen active/light on
-game logo in menus fixed
-catch fish mode crashes when you reach 1st fish
-fish score overlaps speed in catch fish mode

Is the package (+dependencies) optified? And how safe is it otherwise? Anyone got a bricked phone and suspects that this package has done it?

And otherwise, thanks to the developer, I have been waiting for a tuxracer port!
