I don't think there will be a restocking fee if you've only had it for a few days. Just return it if you feel it's not the right phone for you. When I preordered my phone from Dell I asked a few of the customer reps if there was a restocking fee if I were to return it and they said no. This was during the Dell preorder fiasco where they were shipping out recent orders before they shipped out month old preorders, so I had also preordered one from Amazon, and wanted to make sure I could return the Dell one if they shipped at about the same time. Or you could could just call Dell to confirm it (and make sure to get the rep's name just in case).

As for me, the N900 is probably the best phone I've ever owned, and I usually switch phones every few months :D.

Interesting info, the post about voice maybe coming is what I was looking for. The N97 looks good still, is there anything about it that I should know that could or is a real negative? It isn't brand new so I feel like I am not getting state of the art but then maybe all the bugs have been worked out by now...???

What's driving you up upgrade the N95 other than acute gadget lust? (As a fellow sufferer, I feel that's a reasonable question. :-))

Rather than getting the N97 at this point, which seems to be the strongest candidate for you *today*, go back to your phone company and negoiate a better month-by-month contract rate--related to the fact that you haven't upgraded. Sit back two months, and I *suspect* that Nokia will have fixed voice dialing. The N97 will still be there if the N900 hasn't seen voice dialing by that time.
