Does the n800 have an fm radio?
The N800 splash page shows the audio player applet with "88.7 Mhz" where the playing time normally apears. My N800 has a "/dev/radio0" device. This file does not exist on the 770. Some TI bluetooth chipsets have fm radio recievers. If the N800 does indeed have fm radio capability, I expect it would be from one of these chips.

True. But if it can receive and play FM, I'll be very surprised...

Re: Does the n800 have an fm radio?
use this to capture off that device (from an xterm prompt, possibly as root)...
cat /dev/radio0 > /media/mmc1/test.mp3 then try playing back that file. if the path /media/mmc1/ doesnt exist, replace it with a path that does exist. |
Re: Does the n800 have an fm radio?

Re: Does the n800 have an fm radio?
Well... it would be nice if it turns up, but don't hold your breath: there were other features planned for the N800 that don't seem to have manifested. And no, I'm not telling what. :p

I think that is the name of the internet radio station equivalent to it's actual station.

"radio" is part of xawtv
Code:
/ $ cat /dev/radio0 > /media/mmc1/test.mp3 |
