Sadly, because of the way things have progressed, the "best buyer" has to be Microsoft, now. Sorry, but it's true.

Microsoft -- it's more convenient to have the bad guys together.
|
Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
Nokia are not bad guys, just a bit misguided at times. Their board and CEO are a different story altogether.
I'd vote for HP, just for the sheer irony of it. |

Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
I would like Sony to buy.
They are doing poorly, so they have no reason to keep Sony Ericsson's brand or Android, and they could venture into MeeGo. I don't see any other buyer (with the exception of Intel) who would try to pursue MeeGo and open-source. |
Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
No one will buy Nokia.
|
Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
Intel - They have enough cash to buy Nokia
|
Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
Lockheed.
I wouldn't mind an N11 with GPS guided artillerry system. |

Sorry, but now that Nokia's board picked up Elop... And Elop is kissing (or WORSE) with Balmer... http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/...eve-Ba-007.jpg Nokia is, indeed, one of the bad guys now. Sorry to tell you this, but it's true. Check it out... Balmer's "O" face! PROOF! ;) http://static.guim.co.uk/sys-images/...er7jan2009.jpg |
Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
I know there is people here who actually wants Nokia to be sold to Microsoft.
But you have to get over it, Nokia is not that bancrupt... Infact Nokia will have its own WPsucks nokiastore. |

Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
I would. I would fire elop and send the company back to its roots. and probably destroy any attempt at a windows phone. and try to release one polished and full operational version of symbian for low end phones and one polished version of harmattan and for all you geeks, maybe the real successor to the Nokia N900 :D
am still saving up for it all those. so far I have £50 |
Re: who could it be the best buyer for Nokia?
yes! it is
i love very much Nokia and my current phone is N900. I love Nokia for the imaging feature. with Sony Nokia remain Nokia. |
