Not enough memory to install or update applications
Hello,
I am not able to install new applications or install updates from package manager because I get the following message: "There is no enough memory to installation. Release the space for installation by removing another applications. Would you like to continue installation?" I have been removing many applications but seems like it won't help anything. I also checked my current memory situation and there is enough memory to install and update applications. I wish I don't have to reflash my N900 because I have important files on HDD. Greetings, Xictus |

I tried this and it. worked for me! check instructions for "safely free some space in rootfs" obviously at your own risk!! |
Re: Not enough memory to install or update applications
just disable some repositories (testing or devel)

Re: Not enough memory to install or update applications
search maemo.org for 'rootfs full' and you will find the answer.
