Really no way I can think of to control you computer from the N900 using x2x. But, bluemaemo should be in the repose for your N900. It will let you control the Mouse/keyboard on you computer with...

Once installed on you desktop ('sudo aptitude install x2x') then use this command from your N900:
ssh -X user@ipaddress 'x2x -south -from :0.0'

This will allow you to then move your cursor down...

Are you trying to compile it on the N900. Because you don't need too. You just need it on your Desktop/Laptop. That's one of the great things about x2x, it uses Xorg. So, any computer/device...

Since Windows doesn't use Xorg you won't find it.
You may be able to get it working with Xming or cygwin.

When I had my N800 I did get Synergy installed on it and that will work in Windows.
