Re: N810 Maemo Discount - Got It!
Yep, checked the spam folder twice. About to check it again just in case though. It would be great if the spam filters didn't see this very important email as spam too. It would also be nice if there...

Re: N810 Maemo Discount - Got It!
:( Didn't get a discount once again it seems. Oh well, congrats to the lucky winners. Looking forward to lots of great reviews and developments from y'all. :)

Re: To those who obtained a developer discount...
Is it possible that the N810 has an accelerometer like the N95 and we don't know it yet? If so, it would be very cool to have a button-less navigation feature. Combine that with a touch screen, and...

Re: This is Step 3 of 5
Step 4: WiMAX for Internet Tablet and S60 Touch for Smartphones
Step 5: Multi-booting device with Maemo and S60 Touch or some awesome hybrid of the two platforms.
I think it will be quite...

Re: What would you pay for the N810?
I think it's about $100 too high. $379 would be quite a reasonable price for the N810 seeing as it is so similar to the N800 which is around $279 now. Sure, the N810 gained some cool features and...

Re: So will you buy the N8100?
I think it's a nice device, but worthy of a slightly lower price ($379 maybe). The fact that my N95-3 already has GPS capabilities, and I'm really not interested in a hardware keyboard on a mobile...

Re: Post your N810 questions here
- I notice the light sensor there above the camera. Will that provide for gradual dimming of the screen brightness or just two levels like the N95?
- The D-pad looks a lot like the one on the E90...

Re: The Nokia N810 Internet Tablet
Light sensor. Probably will be used for automatic brightness level changing of the screen in different lighting situations. Good for battery life I suppose.

Re: The Nokia N810 Internet Tablet
I do believe someone at Nokia may have been looking at one of my concepts (http://derek.a.coleman.googlepages.com/newtablet3b.png) a bit too hard. :D It's a fresh design, but it will take some...

Re: Nokia N810 to feature Nokia MOSH?
I got my MOSH account well before this story, and even before I decided to get the N95-3. I think MOSH will be big. It would be cool to have an ITT group on MOSH too.

Re: Two Tablets
Funny how they didn't even bother to mention what the battery life of this monster of a Nokia device would be like. ;)
