well, to post to myself, after a reboot(?), the video appears to work fine using composite input on tv. Picture rendering quality isn't amazing but given the resolution, that's what it is...plus how...

sorry for the n900bness of the question, but basic goog searches show that the n9 uses composite output vs component, plus plug colors would suggest that as well. My component slots are used up and...
