Default N900 Lock Code does not work!!!!

My N900 default code does not work for some reason. i accidentaly lock my phone out and had no acess to it as for some reason the default passcode kept saying invalid when i enter 12345. i called up...

is there any way you can put these instruction in a dummy format. for some reason the default code does not work on my n900. i sent it to nokia =( they reflashed it but the code still does not work...
