Maemo-gpt pkg is now available in Leste Daedalus:
It works for chat (with history), vision, image generation, TTS and assistants. However, it needs an OpenAI API key to work.

Honestly, 'normal' modern browsing is just a no go on N900 whatever the OS (or web browser) is. Just a question of RAM unfortunately.
However, everything else seems possible or is already working.

I understand that Maemish but keep in mind that Leste is not Fremantle and in 2025, browsing heavy websites is not possible anymore and we can't compare with how it was going on with Fremantle 10...

But i'm currently writing a GTK2 client in C using libcurl: it already works fine with low CPU and RAM usage...
