I'm no expert, but if you are accurate with your terms, you need to install vncserver on the N810. Then start the server on the NIT, start your viewer on the PC, and you should be in business.

The N810 only supports DUN out of the box. I believe I remember postings about a PAN (driver?), but I seem to also recall that it was CPU hungry, ergo not too usable ... but search...

Not sure its compatible with the 770 but I have something called "load-applet" on my 810. It has a process list option on its menu which is really handy for doing exactly that!

You really do not want to connect to the internet through your phone unless you have a data plan. But I doubt you can connect in tethered mode if you have not arranged to do so. A software "hack"...
