From my point of view, these bars are great for finger tapping.
They are really intuitive.
It is true that when the device gets slow due to being loading the webpages the bars can appear with delay...

I just edit it with textEditor under MacOSX 10.5.8.
It is strange that I change the extension (I see only es.po in the finder) and if I want to upload it or open it, txt shows up...
