They can't for sure. But if they detect a non-mobile user-agent or torrents they will probably accuse you of using yout N900 as a Modem.

I've been using N900 as a modem on Vodafone Spain, and i've had no problems, except for an sms i recieved informing me i can not use p2p. And I stoped using it just in case...

The only annoyance I've had was when upgrading to PR 1.1 I had to uninstall quake and move the apt-cache from rootfs

Hi,

Has anyone tried ssh -X from the device to a linux box with X ?

Will it possibly work ? I'm not even sure maemo uses X, anyone with insight ?

(I just made my N900 reservation...
