I placed my order on 09/20/09. Now, over 2 months later, I still can't get the N900.

Yes, but how are we supposed to get ours delivered when Nokia won't even accept our cards? It's a simple problem that should be easily fixed, if only Nokia would address the issue.

Ordering through the phone is basically telling someone to do the exact same thing you could do online. They don't know anything more than you do. Which is ridiculous. Customer service should have...
