You get my vote. I get the issue too, you also do not get it all the time and it happens in differing low light conditions when flash is used. I wouldn't say it was caused just by the blue border...

Thanks that did the trick deleting the contents of that file. I just wasn't too sure that it could be deleted (I'm new to this maemo stuff).
