Ha, just found a bug.
When configuring an email signature, it's attached to the email message by the string "--" on its own line. This is almost correct.

Do you run Zimbra Server v5 or v6? There's a bug filed in bugzilla which eventually says some Zimbra sync issues are relevant with backend v5 and fixed with v6.
I'm exactly in the same situation...

I've been hunting for any N900 PyQt widget and application examples, but so far I haven't found a lot. Most of the examples in the docs assume the use of C/C++.

This might be an error not related to Zimbra, after all. Somebody in the general MfE thread reported similar behavior with (I assume) an Exchange server.

I'm not a Zimbra backend expert (it's hosted for me), but I've understood the Outlook connector (which MfE uses) comes only with the commercial versions.

That's interesting. This is exactly what happens when I sync my N900 (with the new .51 firmware) with my Zimbra backend.
The sync process finishes the e-mail and calendar bits ok, but tasks sync...

I can now confirm that Zimbra sync works with the latest .51 firmware -- sort of. This firmware version added support for Exchange 2003.
Now with N900 and this new firmware, MfE and Zimbra...
