I have 800-125 kernel and I see a VERY big improvement in standby battery performance. I think nokia introduced a bug in the latest firmware that reduces standby time alot and somehow lethos kernel...

That is exactly the case. FM boost works nicely. Start fm transmitter, plug in phone THEN start fm boost. The idea is the the phone automatically reduces fm transmitter power when anything is plugged...

Following the OP's logic by my criteria all IPhone models should be recalled. They advertise the best web experience but the damn browser does not have flash and can't render properly many pages.

Firefox for Maemo (Fennec) is recognized by many sites as a mobile browser. You can try that with your favourite sites and see how it goes.

Was just thinking the same. Yesterday was a kick in the nuts from nokia to all n900 owners, today they are maybe trying to make up for it a little.

Restarted phone, went to app manager, update, it's there. Installed flawlessly, phone seems snappier indeed. From Romania

AngryBirds is nice. I also play a lot of OpenTTD. But yes, the n900 just like most other platforms can't compare to the iphone in the games department
