You really should upgrade to pr1.3 alot of apps are now compiled for it, especialy anything related to the kernel.
But it amazes me how people who are adversed to upgrading/flashing install...

Are you 100% sure that this is the culprit for your extra battery drain, as i've never noticed any difference between the 2 & 2.5

There was an almost identical thread a week or two back, i think the only solution mentoined was to get alarmed and use it to set a 4am reeboot.
I dont get to see any problems related to extended up...

I've been having the same problem but its very intermitent, all ive been doing is rebooting which seems to temporarily solve it, but would like to find a real fix.
I wasn't sure if it was down to...

how are you downloading them to your N900 if your doing it on the N900 itself then put it into the N900 folder, if your doing it fron your computer then it needs to be home/user/MyDocs. they are both...
