I got it working somehow; by the way I was using windows 8 x86. I think everything went fine, I flashed eMMC first and the fiasco rootfs :)

Just tried using the normal command to flash fiasco images (flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R) and device reboots but nothing happens, and if I re-try after...
