You may use cpufreqUI or qcpufreq to set new limits easily and use conky to monitor current cpu frequency. Keep in mind that frequency is controlled by ondemand concept and switches dynamically between lo and hi limits. cpufrequi allows to change concept to userspace (fixed freq on your choice).

yes , im sure that i have installed kernel power correctly

i did every single step

every time i overclocked my phone more than 950 such as 1000 and 1150 mhz , the phone reboot by itself ,

after rebooting , the screen shows that the kernel didnot load correctly

so any ideas
