Maybe browser can protect itself better from bad Flash applets? Maybe Flash plugin needs even more work (good progress has been made so far)? Whatever the right solution, without it internet browsing - what tablets are supposed to be doing best - can't be considered first class.

Frankly - yes, my recent, purely subjective impression is that it is better in Opera. Yes, it's not really fair to blame the browser for Flash problems, but Flash is mostly consumed via browser, so they are kinda married and given better perceived performance in Opera one can't help thinking that maybe MicroB can do better than it does now.

Expectations are high, but not unreasonable. I think they are mostly driven by Nokia's marketing and hardware specs. I think most users would agree that N8x0 tablets as amazing as they are still do not realize their full potential. Flash is not the only weak area.
