Bull. What you actually say is; among the rumors and bloggers analysis I have read, I chose to put value on those supporting the view that Nokia will fail. You cannot possibly have the "data" that is available to the Nokia board, or you wouldn't ask this question in the first place. That "data" is not what you think it is. There is a world of difference between simply floating wherever the flow brings you, and making things happen. What Nokia is doing is making things happen. Data supporting the rights or wrongs of Nokias actions does not exist yet, only rough estimates of cost, risk and future projections. Only in hindsight will such "data" be available, if ever.
