Just like how DSLRs are moving away from CF cards and going to SD cards, I think mobiles phones can do the same. SIM cards do not need to be any bigger than the microsim size anyways. The top part is just useless plastic that uses space for no reason. If Nokia is jumping on the MicroSIM bandwagon, maybe more will follow suit and maybe within the nex couple of years, we will have all new phones using it instead of full sized SIM cards.
