i searched and couldn't really find a straight forward answer:

anyways, my question is: I have my facebook feeds to be "manually" refreshed and I have background data on. The facebook still refreshes by itself, why is that?

If I leave it manually and background data off, then nothing gets refresh..

my question is, which supercedes what? is it possible to leave background data on without facebook auto refreshing?
