edit: I pulled this out of fmmswappush.py

{'User-Agent' : self.config.get_useragent(), 'x-wap-profile' : 'http://mms.frals.se/n900.rdf'}

I did a little more research there are several different mms architectures ...Im going to guess that if the n900 arch and the n9 are different this probably wont work. If this is infact the case you will have to find a phone that uses the same arch and is supported by t mobile US.
I just spoke with T-Mobile lvl2 tech support and he said the N9 should use the same settings as the rest of the Symbian N series. I'm not sure if this helps or is even correct info.

I told him what needed to be done but he refused to open up a support ticket as it is not a T-Mobile phone. He gave me a line that MMS pictures need to be under 1MB. I told him they were coming through closer to 10kb. He then tried to explain to me the difference between a megabyte and a kilobyte... *bangs head against wall*

Further digging revealed that the pictures get downscaled to 160x120 on unknown devices. This is so less capable phones still work with MMS. So our shiny new N9's are being treated as the lowest end phone ever manufactured to handle MMS content. Wow.

I filed a complaint with the FCC stating that T-Mobile is not providing me with the service I pay for and that they refuse to help me unless I buy and use one of their phones. Right or not, I hope that gets their attention. Power by numbers people.
