If you are buying online... you should not pass newegg without checking... Last week they had (maybe still have?) 8GB A-data card for $36 if I recall correctly. The 16GB was little less than $100.

Any Class should work fine on N800. Based on my experience Class 4 is already faster than the N800 hardware can use... (Higher class than 4 will work, but the card full speed is not utilised.)
