As you cannot purchase/get them legally outside the HP store, which does not allow general & free installation package downloading but downloading directly to a webOS-based device only, you have the choice of either acquiring a webOS device which can access the store, or you'd better get your Google skills ready.
I also wonder why you are install something when you obviously don't know how to "feed" the data necessary too. Didn't you read about the topic before?
