There'd be no resurrection of Symbian.

Read the above blog to get some idea why MeeGo, Android, Sailfish OS, Firefox OS, Tizen, Ubuntu Touch, etc... are all Linux based.

Digia have announced the next version of Qt will fully support development for Android and iOS. So that's Android, iOS, Sailfish OS, Ubuntu Touch, BB10 plus any desktop you care to think of.

Mmm... Linux + Qt + NOKIA hardware
