I definitely buy it. I hope it would be possible to have 1Gb RAM.

My 2 cents:

1. Have you considered a kickstarter project? It could probably attract more people via ads and stuff.
2. Have you considered making it hardware-hackable like raspberry pi? By adding and documenting few gpio/spi/i2c ports inside the phone (like debug pads under battery of N900) it may attract even more audience. (oops, you already consider it, thanks!)
