I don't think you get it.
ie. A brand new microwave 30+ years ago was stupid expensive...
30 years later they are available under $100.
By your and jellyrolls math you both should wait 30+ years for what you wanted "then" to come down in price to what it is "now"
You can sit back and wait thinking that by doing so.. you are garnering a "better deal" but the reality is ...everyone else will have bought and happily used their microwaves for the last 30 years while you are still cooking by stovetop.
Jellyrolls figures are wrong.
the cutting edge n900 6 years ago "was" 600+ Euros.
He was taking into account the price of the new Jolla, the relatively new n9, and the much time depreciated price - "now" - of a "then" pricey n950 and n900.
Jellyroll's figure should have been more akin to
- The price of a neo is likened to.. less than the new n900 + n950 together-
even "if" taking into account brand new pricing for the Jolla+n9+n900+n950 (which would be far higher than jellyrolls calculation) the neo900 would STILL be worth it.Since the Jolla, n9, n900 and n950 are ALL closed proprietorially . Just on that one point alone ..at this juncture technologically ..it is unique and only REALLY comparable to the Freerunner.
