i don't understand the excuses about "the IT wasn't meant to do this or that" - why on earth would you cut out functionality that a large majority of your market (gadet hounds and business people) want?

how hard is it to compile a solid PIM for the IT?

yes I can watch movies and listen to MP3s, but i'd also like to have the IT as a versatile PDA when I'm on the go - so that i don't have to bring a PDA / cellphone AND IT - what sort of stupid logic is that?

is the IT marketed only towards young college kids who don't need PIM or office support?

all I can say is thank god for penguinbait, Nokia should be paying him heaps of money.
