Franko30: Yes, it works on tablet. Unfortunately omweather's partner id and key are hardcoded in the omweather code, they're not in any configuration file. Vlad is on vacation at the moment. He will be back in about two weeks. I can build & upload omweather packages to the repository if needed, but I'm afraid of possible legal issues with weather.com licence argeement.
