Hello again,

Thanks to those of you who responded to my earlier post concerning the ON/OFF button on my N810. I too suspected that the problem with the ON/OFF button may have been a firmware issue. That has been ruled out as a cause because I sent it in to Nokia for repair, the repair facility automatically installs the latest firmware updates before returning the device to the owner.

Update: I just shipped my N810 back to the repair facility for the second time -- I've had my N810 in my hands for a total of 3 days, it's been at the Nokia Repair facility or in transit for the other 15 days that I've owned it. I HAVE BEEN VERY DISPLEASED WITH NOKIA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I will not buy another Nokia product.... EVER!!!
