Hi, welcome in The Netherlands!
First of all there is an application called
gnuvd
(GNU Van Dale) it is a frontend to the online website of the famous Vandale dictionary. You will have to find or compile your own port though.
Install the
dict
application. To find out all the dutch dictionaries go to Application Manager, search for dutch (or 'nl') and install them. There are also frontends for these command line utilities, but I have no idea which one is good or anything like that.
For MicroB, your browser, there are several 3rd party dictionary packages:

It is also possible to get a Wikipedia offline copy, which
dict
is able to read. Might be useful.
